As a graduation present to Emmalee, she and her parents are traveling by train to Washington State where they will pick up her sister, Tanya. From there they intend to head south to visit her nephew, Tyler in Portland, Oregon, along with a trip out to the Pacific coast and Astoria. The adventure continues south into California to see the giant redwood trees before heading back north to Bellingham, Washington to visit her three nieces. Upon her return to Michigan, she will be working two jobs to save up for her college education.

In the fall she will be attending Grand Rapids Community College for one more year, which will complete her associate degree as part of the EMC Program at the High School. She then intends to transfer to a four-year university (possibly Ferris State University, University of Michigan, Michigan State, or someplace else if she changes her mind again) where she will enter their medical program with the final goal of becoming a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, (unless she changes her mind again), in order to support her parents in their retirement years in the way they hope to become accustomed to. :)

Emmalee, what a blessing you are to everyone!

Congratulations on graduating and best wishes for a happy and successful future!!!
